IBEW - Electrical Industry Advancement Program

This is a database application which runs on the desktop and stores information in a FoxPro database. The program has built in security to allow uses to view or change information based on their user profile. The program tracks jobs and bids which are eligible for EIAP funding. One a job is won by a union contractor the program then tracks the number of hours permitted for the job and the submitted hours against the job. If allowed the program then interfaces with QuickBooks or Quicken to feed check information to pay the contractors.
