This is a division of University Hospitals of Cleveland.   University Hospitals Corporate Health is an employer service which helps employers contain costs for pre-employment physicals, drug screening and employment related injuries.

The site is written using ASP.NET and 3rd party web controls supplied by DevExpress.   The web site is SSL encrypted and requires a user name and password to gain access.  

Each user profile identifies the user as an employer, employee, provider, administrator or UH finance.   Based on the user type, the user is restricted to only access portions of the site appropriate for their security level.   In addition, the various pages are filtered to only show test results for employees the user is allowed to view.
